Prescriptions
The surgery prescription clerk is available on 01633 258545 between 9.00am and 1.00pm for queries only.
Signing up to a local chemist is the easiest and most convenient way to ensure that you do not run out of your medication. Please visit your local chemist to discuss your options.
Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be processed, you can collect it from reception Monday to Friday after 1.00pm

Please place your repeat request in the box provided in the foyer. If you do not have your repeat side slip, please write our your request including your name, address and date of birth |
By Post |
We will process your request if posted to us. We will only post it back to you if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope |

Please note we will not hand over your prescription to anyone unless we have your consent to do so.
Holiday Requests
We monitor medication requests and such information is recorded on your medical records – this enables us to monitor excessive requests for medication requested early or prescriptions that have been lost or stolen. For patients who will be going on holiday/leaving the country for more than two months, we now require your written confirmation of holiday details – date of departure and return, so that it can be recorded on to your records.
