What You Can Expect From Us                                       

We will work with you to provide you the best possible service

You will be treated with courtesy and respect

You will always be seen by a suitably qualified person          

We will provide information through our booklet and staff

We will make every effort to see you promptly               

If your need is urgent and we have reached capacity, your request will be assessed by the Duty Clinician         

We will arrange a home visit if you are too ill to attend the surgery                                                                          

We will actively listen to any comments you have concerning improvements to the way that we deal with you

We will respect your rights of confidentiality

We will try our upmost to ensure all of your medical needs are met 

                   

What We Will Expect From You

Accept your own responsibilities as a partner for your care

Please treat all of our staff with the same courtesy and respect you would expect yourselves

Ask if you are unclear about your treatment

Follow any medical advice given to you

Telephone before 11am if you feel you may need a home visit

Always think twice before requesting an urgent appointment

Let us know as soon as possible if you cannot keep an appointment 

Understanding if your consultation is delayed by someone else's unexpected emergency 

Make full use of health promotion activities offered through the surgery

Make full use of the screening programmes offered to you

Tell us when you change your name, address and always provide us with a current telephone number, should you update your number
