We have designed this website to tell you about the practice and the services that we offer.
Language line is available on request for non or limited English speaking patients.
We do provide consultations in Hindu and Urdu without the need for an interpreter by prior request only.
The practice boundary includes the following areas:
South Nash, Maindee, Somerton, Liswerry, Corporation Road, Christchurch, Beechwood, Eveswell, Lysaghts Village, East Side River Front, Clarence Place.
If you move out of our practice area we will request that you find a surgery more convenient to your new location.
We strongly support the NHS policy on zero tolerance. Any person attending the surgery (or via telephone call) who abuses the GP's, staff or other patients be it verbally, physically or in any threatening manner whatsoever, will risk removal from the practice list. In extreme cases we may summon the police to remove offenders from the practice premises. Any abusive, aggressive or demanding behaviour will be recorded on your patient records.
