Test Results

Patients are advised to contact our results line on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday between 12:00pm and 1:00pm on 01633 261900, allowing a minimum of 72 hours after your test was taken before contacting us.

You can also request your test results by emailing our enquiries line at enquiries.w93044@wales.nhs.uk.

You may receive a letter or text message advising you that you need to repeat a test or arrange a telephone consultation with the clinician who requested the test. Please follow the instructions provided in the message.

Please be reassured that these messages are not normally sent for urgent reasons. If your test result required urgent attention, a clinician would contact you directly.

Please do not use the results line or email for urgent medical concerns. If you are concerned about your health, please contact the surgery or use the appropriate urgent care service.
