NHS Wales App

The practice offers the ability to order your usual repeat medication on line via the NHS Wales app. Please click on the link below to go to the NHS Wales App website, alternatively search NHS Wales app in either the Apple Apps store or Google Play store to download the mobile version. Registration is quick and easy.

Email Contact

The practice email address (enquiries.w93044@wales.nhs.uk) is for requesting non-urgent consultations, call backs or routine prescriptions. You will be contacted within 48 hours by a member of the team in response to your enquiry. We are unable to give results or personal information via email. The email address is monitored by our Reception team who will redirect your email if necessary. Depending on the content of your email it may be added to your medical records. If not it will be retained in line with the practice retention policy on NHS servers. Emails sent to us are secure once within the NHS servers, please be aware that information outside of this is not secure and may carry the risk of being intercepted or 'hacked'

Please be mindful of the content of your email, we will not accept any graphic images.

All email requests will be navigated in the same manner as a telephone call to the surgery.
