Health Records
You have the right to see your health records, subject to limitations in the law. These will be kept confidential at all times.
We have 28 days in which to process a request for your health records. One copy of which will be provided free of charge. We reserve to right to charge for additional copies, or repeated requests for the same information.
Your records are your responsibility to keep safe, we will not take any responsibility for their loss or disclosure once they have been signed by you.
